Who is this program for?

This program is built specifically for competitive softball players - from youth athletes chasing college opportunities to current high school players looking to perform at a D1 level.

How many days per week and what time is the program?

The program is every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:00pm.

Are there trainers for the athletes?

Yes! The workouts are all set and led by our expert trainers who customize each workout for each athlete.

Is it a group workout or individual?

Athletes workout in a softball only small group but each athlete's workout is customized to their needs and goals - depending on where they are.

Do I have to do an evaluation? What is it?

Yes all of our athletes complete a free evaluation before beginning any program at AP. The evaluation measures metric such as mobility, sprint time, broad jump, vertical jump, and more. This baseline is what allows to customize each workout specifically for you.

Do I need to already be a high-level athlete to join?

Not at all. We meet each athlete where they’re at. Whether you’re building your foundation or refining elite performance, our training adapts to your level and goals.

What makes this different from regular strength or speed training?

Everything we do is softball-specific - from movement patterns to power development. You won’t just get stronger - you’ll hit harder, move faster, and play more efficiently.
