Results – Since 2011, multiple members of the Athletic Performance family have posted 4.3 times in the 40 as well as significant gains of 4-6 inches in the vertical(with multiple athletes jumping over 40 inches). In key drills like the broad jump, thanks to our training, we have posted distances over ten feet. In the weight room, our members, on average, see 20 to 25 percent gains on the bench press.
